Bulk Order Definition
A "Bulk Order" is defined as an order consisting of quantities significantly higher than standard retail purchase quantities. Typically, this refers to orders exceeding 100 units of a single item or total order value exceeding $200,000 USD.
Pricing & Discounts
Pricing and discounts for bulk orders will be provided based on quantity, item type, and availability. Discounted bulk pricing quotes are valid for seven (7) calendar days unless otherwise specified.
TechBuildStore.net reserves the right to modify pricing without prior notice due to fluctuations in market conditions, product availability, or supplier pricing changes.
Payment Terms
All bulk orders require 100% payment in advance via Bank Wire Transfer or ACH.
Orders will only be processed and shipped after full payment has been verified and cleared by our financial institution.
Bulk orders are considered final sales. No returns or exchanges will be permitted except for defective or incorrectly shipped items.
Order Cancellation
Bulk order cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of payment confirmation. After 24 hours, cancellations may incur a cancellation fee of up to 20% of the total order amount.
TechBuildStore.net reserves the right to refuse or cancel bulk orders due to product availability, inaccuracies in pricing or product information, or potential fraud or compliance issues.
Shipping & Delivery
Bulk orders typically require longer lead times for processing and shipment. Estimated delivery dates will be provided during the ordering process.
Shipping charges for bulk orders will be calculated based on order volume, weight, and destination. Additional charges for special handling or expedited shipping may apply.
TechBuildStore.net is not liable for delivery delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to, transportation disruptions, weather conditions, customs clearance issues, or carrier-related delays.
Product Availability
Bulk order fulfillment is subject to product availability. TechBuildStore.net reserves the right to partially fulfill bulk orders based on available inventory unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
If products become unavailable after payment has been made, customers will be promptly notified and provided options including substitution, partial fulfillment, or refund.
Warranty and Liability
Bulk orders are covered under standard manufacturer warranties unless otherwise stated. TechBuildStore.net assumes no liability beyond manufacturer's terms.
TechBuildStore.net is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from bulk orders, including loss of revenue or business interruptions.
Governing Law
All bulk orders and transactions conducted through TechBuildStore.net are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States.
